Would the Inman aligner be able to fix narrow tooth arch and what about my receding gums?

Q.

I have a verry narrow upper jaw and my front teeth stick out especially one of them. I also have receeding gums. I want to have my teeth straighted but am unsure where to start. Fixed braces Invasalign etc. I am 38 does this make a difference Do you think i would be at all applicable for the inman aligner? I would like the treatment to be as quick as possible and am not too concerned about the appearance of the braces, but obviously the more discreet the bettter. Do you think the inman aligner could be a suitable type of brace for me?

thank you

A.

I would recommend that you take time to get your gums sorted out first and then it would be best to visit an orthodontist for an initial consultation to discuss your options. I do not feel that the Inman Aligner would be appropriate from what you have told me as your narrow arch needs to be attended to.
