What is the difference between the Inman Aligner and Invisalign?

Q.

Hello,
I have recently be advised to seek braces treatment as I have crooked lower teeth.I really wanted to have Invisalign but the dentist I had a while ago said that it would be better to have fixed braces or the Inman Aligner.
I would like a second opinion and am looking for a new dentist at the moment but could you tell me the main differences between Invisalign and the Inman Aligner apart from the pull push system? I thought they were pretty similar apart from the fact that the Inman Aligner can be seen in the mouth which for me is a negative. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you shortly, thank you.

Invisalign can treat your entire mouth using invisible trays, movement is slow but the results can be wonderful.
Inman Aligners only treat front teeth but it does so extremely fast with very good results.
