I have an overbite, gap and misaligned teeth, could I be treated with the Inman Aligner?

July 19th, 2011
Q.

Hi Raha,
I am so embarrased of my teeth, i have a large overbite, a gap in my front two and my bottoms are pretty misaligned, i have never been able to smile in photos or in person without covering my mouth with my hand! I have been wanting dental treatment for years but it has always been too expensive. this treatment seems perfect, but i’m worried that my teeth are too bad to treat, could that be the case? Im scared to go to the dentist incase they say they are too bad to treat which would just crush me. i will be very thankful for any advice!

I have crowns, am I a suitable candidate for the Inman Aligner?

July 7th, 2011
Q.

Over the years my teeth have been through a lot of difficulty. This is my own fault and there is no one else to blame, but I have reached the stage where I wanting to take matters into my own hands and improve the way they look. The dentist has told me there is some gum disease present and I have already had some treatment for decay with some crowns. What I want to know is if I need to wait until these other factors are dealt with before I can go ahead with the inman aligner? Will having crowns have any effect on the outcome of Inman aligner or are they even compatible? I would really appreciate your professional opinion on this matter. Thank you for your time.

How to I find the best Inman Aligner dentist?

July 7th, 2011
Q.

Hello. I have decided that the inman aligner is for me. This has come after some much time deliberating over what seems lik a mass amount of braces systems available. Now I am needing to know what steps to take in order to get this treatment and sort my smile out. What kind of dentist should I be looking for? I am currently with an NHS dentist who I do not want to leave but then can I still remain with my NHS dentist but then get some orthodontic treatment from another dentist? How would this work, I am guessing they would need to communicate on some basis? What about the cost? Do dentists outright advertise this or do I need some research? Are there free consultations for inman aligner or not? Sorry for so many questions but this is a big step for me.

Is Inman Aligner good for treating misaligned teeth?

June 23rd, 2011
Q.

Hello Doctor, I hope you are well.

I was just wondering if Inman aligners were good for the treatment of misaligned teeth? My top and bottom jaw do not sit very well together, with the bite being a bit off and I know you would probably need a consultation to properly determine if i am a good person for the system, but in the past have you ever successfully treated someone with a misaligned bite?

If this was the possible would i wear two aligners, one on the top an one on the bottom?

Thank you again for your time it is greatly appreciated

My smile has relapsed after a previous brace treatment, can Inman Aligners help?

June 22nd, 2011
Q.

Hello Doctor,

I wonder if you could help me? I am thinking of the inman aligner for treating my teeth, which have relapsed after brace treatment i completed 12 years ago. They haven’t relapsed terribly, just the front two teeth are protruding slightly like they used to and I wonder how long this would take generally? Does the brace system also come with a retainer for afterward to stop a relapse again as i wouldn’t want to be having brace treatment again just for my old, horrible smile to return.

Thank you for your time and any help you can give and have a nice day

I have a dental implant, am I a suitable candidate for Inman Aligner?

June 22nd, 2011
Q.

Hello Doctor,

I would love to get the inman aligner as my problems mainly affect the front of my mouth, with two buck teeth right there for everyone to see! But i also have an implant just to the side of one of my front teeth. It happen due to an accident where I fell and hit the tooth, which then became dead, and so was nothing to do with poor oral care and decay. I have had the implant for about 4 months now, after several months of settling time and it feels perfect, no problems what so ever. My question is (i’ll get there in the end!) can I have the inman aligner even though i have an implant at the front of my mouth?

I really appreciate any help you can give and thanks for your time

I am interested in offering Inman aligner treatment. What’s the best route?

June 6th, 2011
Q.

Dear Tif,

I attended the Clinical Innovations Conference last weekend and am very interested in starting to use Inman Aligners. I was wondering if it would be possible to come and observe you using them in practice? I graduated from GKT and am currently working in Moorgate and Docklands.

Many Thanks in advance
