I’m not sure if my Inman Aligner is moving my teeth properly, what should I do?

Q.

Hi,
I’ve been wearing the inman aligner for 17 weeks now to correct rotation of my front tooth. My treatment was supposed to take 9 weeks and although the tooth is a lot better than it was, it is by no means straight. I wear my braces for at least 18hours a day. I’ve read that some people need clear aligners to move the teeth into their final position. My dentist has never mentioned this to me but I think I need it as the inman hasn’t seemed to be doing anything since week 6. Is this going to be included in the price as I was promised the inman would work or will I be charged for clear aligners? I’m going to my dentist on tuesday and am not sure how to ask him about the clear aligners and the price.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

A.

Hello

Normally the dentist should make the clear aligners to finish for free-
It may be that something is stuck – Do you have any composite buttons on your teeth to help the bows engage?
