I have protruding front teeth, is the Inman Aligner a gentler brace option to correct this?

I have very, very big sticky out front teeth and i have heard that the inman aligner is good for treating this, but i am worried by the concept of the brace pushing and pulling my teeth? Is this in any way damaging to my teeth, it won’t make them fall out or anything will it? I know I sound very over dramatic, but i just want to make sure that I am making the right decision and picking the right brace.

any help you could give me on this matter would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time

Hello You have nothing to worry about as the Inman aligner applies very gentle forces on the teeth and is therefore very safe to use. At your consultation appointment the dentist would ensure your teeth and gums are healthy and that you do not have gum problems prior to getting started and if everything is fine you do not have anything to worry about.
